RULES

  1. You must be at least 21 years old.
  2. You must have a valid drivers license with a motorcycle endorsement.
  3. You must have two years experience riding a motorcycle of the size you wish to rent and pass an observed test ride.
  4. You must obey all traffic laws.
  5. You must wear a helmet and gloves (this is an insurance requirement).
  6. You must lock the bike if you leave it unattended for any length of time. Locks are available. We will not replace a stolen bike.
  7. If you have a mishap while riding and you have been drinking, you will not have any insurance coverage.
  8. You must have a credit card to rent a bike.
  9. There is a $1500 damage deposit taken at the time of rental. Insurance coverage on the bike has a $1500. deductible. You are responsible for the first $1500.
  10. A $200. non-refundable deposit must be paid with your reservation; reservations for rentals over 7 days will be charged a $350. non-refundable deposit. Under unusual circumstances requiring cancellation, deposit may be applied to future rental. All tour groups must be prepaid. Any tour cancellations within 30 days of the start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  11. You are responsible for any damages to the bike and for any lost gear that may have been provided to you.
  12. The bike you will be renting is a street bike. You must stay on groomed roads. Any damages caused while riding on dirt trails or jeep trails will be entirely the responsibility of the rider.
  13. Medical insurance is not provided and is your own responsibility.
