Where should we stay in Denver?

I have special rates at several hotels in Denver. I have a new favorite, Woolley’s Classic Suites.  The rates are normally over $200 but when you use the code TRBK to receive the $173 rate.  This rate includes breakfast, shuttle to and from the airport and my shop and a free happy hour.  This hotel is rated #1 on many travel advisory sites.  The Woolsey has received high praise from my renters who have stayed there.

The Crowne Plaza is down the street from the Woolley’s.  The rate is $103/night for rooms with either 2 full-size beds or a king bed and a sofa sleeper and includes breakfast.  Near the Denver airport baggage claim there is a courtesy phone to call the hotel for a shuttle pick-up, and at the hotel, you can arrange for a ride to our shop. This hotel provides free shuttle service to anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel.  There are several restaurants nearby or in a shopping area called Northfield (accessible by shuttle).

The Renaissance by Marriot is another nearby hotel we use. If you book in advance and use the code TBK, your room will cost $125 a day. This includes a shuttle from the airport and if you arrange it in advance, a ride to my shop from the hotel and the reverse if you stay there before you leave. To arrange a ride from the hotel to my shop, please contact at 303 336 5224 in advance.  For an additional $10, you can upgrade to a room on the top three floors, and get a free breakfast.

I also can get rates at several other motels but none are as favorable as these considering the transportation value.

Another lodging choice is the Quality Inn on N. Peoria. The rate is $59 per night. That is a $20 discount for tourbikes’ customers. Contact them at 303 371 5640 and mention “tourbikes” and Lane Huntley. They have limited shuttle service.

The Weather

Every day in Colorado is beautiful. We have blue skies well over 300 days a year. In the afternoon there are often small-scattered thundershowers of short duration. The temperature can vary from quite nippy in the early morning and evening, to considerably hot during the day.

Riding Gear

Riding gear is very important. We have a number of HJC helmets you can borrow or you may be more comfortable with your own. We have a number of rain suits you may borrow. You must bring gloves and any protective riding gear. You must bring clothes to layer as temperatures vary. You should bring riding boots.
